A Charming Family Stay with Helpful Staff!
Our family enjoyed a lovely 1-night stay. The quad room was spacious enough for our needs, and the helpful staff made check-in easier despite initial jitters. Don’t miss the cozy onsite café for breakfast – their pancakes were a delightful surprise! A little maintenance would enhance the experience.

The room was a good size and super comfy, like, that bed was awesome! I really appreciated having a little fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The decor felt a bit outdated, but it was clean and cozy. Water pressure in the shower could be better, though it was clean overall. Stairs are pretty steep, so that’s a minus for hauling luggage.

great location for museum visits, cozy and clean rooms, complimentary tea and coffee
How about addressing the many steps leading to the rooms? It’s quite tedious !!! manageable shower and hot water issues would improve comfort levels significantly!!!

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay. The room was spacious and included a mini fridge for our snacks, which was a lifesaver. Reception staff were incredibly accommodating, even helping with our luggage. Just a quick walk to South Kensington tube made exploring effortless. Don't forget to try local dining options nearby!

Perfect spot for exploring!
We had a really fun stay! Super close to South Kensington station, so getting around was a breeze. The area is buzzing with cute cafes and fun restaurants. Plus, we could walk to museums like the V&A! Just wish breakfast had been better—ended up finding a local place for that. Staff were super chill and helpful though!

The hotel offers a great location near South Kensington Tube, with helpful staff making check-in easier despite a lack of enthusiasm. Rooms are small but tidy with comfortable beds. A minor downside was the broken tile in the bathroom, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The charming old-world decor gives the hotel a delightful personality, though I must admit those steep stairs can be a bit challenging for us seniors. The lovely staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable despite this little hiccup.
More accessible lifts would be beneficial for seniors.
